We stand behind the quality of Alt Data EU. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, simply email us at george@altdataeu.com with your account email address. We will process your refund promptly through our payment provider, Paddle.
After the 7-day period has passed, your subscription is non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future billing. You will retain access to Alt Data EU until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you have consumed more than 1,000 API requests within your first 7 days, your purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund, as the data has already been successfully delivered and ingested.
